Topaz has a long-standing partnership with Creative Approaches Inc. www.caicbt.com a designer/developer of interactive CBT (Computer-based) and Web-based training programs. This relationship positions Topaz to offer web-based training solutions to its clients without the cost risk associated with developing and maintaining an in-house programming capability.
